What this notice covers
This notice covers the tdamg.com website only. Each of our brands has its own privacy policy on its own website, and that policy governs the brand’s services: America DayCare, Day Care of Texas, Dealers Auto Center, DAX AI Agent, OurEsign and Uncover Jordan.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we collect your name and email address, your phone number and company if you give them, the topic, your message and how you want us to reply. We give each request a ticket number.
- Technical information. Our servers record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We also store the IP address and browser type with each form submission.
- What we don’t collect. This site has no user accounts and takes no payments.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts, scripts and images are served from tdamg.com itself, so your visit is not shared with other companies.
How we use information
- To answer your request and keep a record of our conversation.
- To protect the site, for example by limiting repeated submissions from one connection.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that run parts of this website for us: Microsoft Azure hosts the site, and our email hosting provider sends the emails about your request and stores the messages we receive. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for up to three years after our last reply, then delete them, unless we need them longer to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Server logs are kept for a shorter period for security.
How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS only. Requests are stored in a database that only authorized staff can reach, passwords are stored where only the service that uses them can read them, and backups are encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@tdamg.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, and we will confirm the request by email before acting on it. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights; we honor these requests wherever you live.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
