Reporting a vulnerability
We welcome reports from security researchers and anyone who finds a weakness in our systems. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please tell us so we can fix it.
Scope
This policy covers websites and services operated by TDAMG:
- tdamg.com
- americadaycare.com and daycareoftexas.com
- dealersautocenter.com
- daxaiagent.com
- ouresign.com
- uncoverjordan.com
Subdomains we operate are included. Websites that customers run on their own domains are not covered, even when we host them. Services run by other companies, such as payment processors and cloud providers, are not covered; report those to the company that runs them.
How to report
Email info@tdamg.com with “Security report” in the subject. Please include:
- The affected web address or system
- A description of the issue and its possible impact
- Steps to reproduce it
- How we can contact you
Please follow these rules
- Do not access, change or delete data that does not belong to you. If you come across personal information, stop and report it.
- Do not use denial-of-service attacks, spam, social engineering or physical attacks.
- Do not run automated scans that slow down or disrupt our services.
- Give us a reasonable time to fix the issue, normally 90 days, before sharing it publicly.
What we commit to
- We will acknowledge your report, normally within five business days.
- We will keep you informed while we investigate and fix the issue.
- If you wish, we will credit you once the issue is fixed.
If you act in good faith and follow this policy, we will consider your research authorized, we will not take legal action against you for it, and we will work with you to understand and resolve the issue.
Rewards
We do not offer payment for reports at this time.
